For many years we travel to different countries.
The purpose of our journey is the expansion of internal borders. For this we accumulate knowledges and cultures within ourselves. We collect, recognize and use the collected material.
This research, this continuous practice makes us multinational and universal.

The way of our trip is the creation of development projects, art residences and classes. Now we are actively investing ourselves in the #artgardenmadi Malaysia project and are sharing our knowledge about healthy lifestyle in Malaysia and Indonesia.

In our author's program, a lot of attention is focused to breathing. Because breathing is one of the most important mechanisms for the delivery energy into the body. The trained and controlled respiratory muscles automatically start the process of effective breathing. As a result of these exercises breathing becomes conscious and energy enters the body and human life fully.

Why do we use local fruits and vegetables
We are in a tropical climate. An incredible amount of tasty and healthy fruits and vegetables grows here. These fruits and vegetables along with grains (rice, mung, oats, sunflower seeds, ...) contain all the necessary nutrients and trace elements to create cells of a healthy body.
Build your diet using 80% of these products is a doable task. And this task has a tasty solution.

Thank to the B vitamins that are contained in rice, it ensures normal functioning of the nervous system and the good state of the skin and hair. Rice contains amino acids, potassium, which removes excess fluid and salt from the body, as well as iodine, phosphorus, zinc, and calcium.


Boiled rice is useful in diseases of the intestine, bladder, kidney disease and pain in the joints. During the aggravation it is recommended rice cooked in milk without salt and spices.
In case of gastric ulcer and gastritis, it is useful to eat more rice, becsuse it contains starch, which envelops the gastric mucosa, thereby protecting it.

Why do we like sweets?
The human brain considers the sweet taste "encouraging" - a high level of sugar in the blood stimulates the production of hormones that improve mood. That is why the situation when you try to treat yourself with candies, chocolates or ice cream to drown out sadness is so typical. In the mind there is a neural link:
sugar = pleasure
